3 Choices

Saturday, 31. July 2010 11:16

There are always 3 Choices in Life.

A choice is not an option. It is a choice.

An option means that I can opt for this choice or I can opt for that choice.

An option is a choice between one thing and another.

Duality and contrast allow different options.

In a dual reality world there are always 2 options.

An option is a choice, but one choice is not an option.

A choice is the realisation of what I focus my attention on.

At any moment in time, my attention is focusing on 3 choices.

  1. What I have
  2. What I am doing
  3. Who I am being

My physical consciousness is able to focus on one choice at a time.

My spiritual awareness is conscious of my 3 present choices at all times.

I always have 3 choices. Whether I am aware of my choices is dependent on my options.

I have an option to be aware or unaware of my choices.

I can choose to:

  1. Be physically conscious and have physical consciousness.
  2. Be emotionally aware and have emotional awareness.
  3. Be mentally consciously-aware and have Spiritual Conscious-Awareness.

When I choose both options, I automatically choose my 3rd Choice.

There are always 3 Choices in Life once I have overcome the dual reality of my options.

Coping with Life

Wednesday, 28. July 2010 7:18

I never cope with life. I choose to live life.

I either cope with the problems of life or not.

When I cope with the problems in my life, I manage to either resolve them or to tolerate them.

Becoming intolerant of the problems in my life is a sign of not coping with the problems and not coping with not having a solution to my problems.

I cope with a problem by finding a solution to the symptoms of my problem.

When I find a solution to a problem, I can cope with that problem by tolerating the symptoms.

Coping with a problem never cured the problem or made it go away. It just found a way of managing the problem or managing to cope with the problem because the potential for that problem to reoccur still remains.

When I find the cause of a problem, I find what is creating the problem and I no longer have to cope with the problem or manage it.

When I find the cause of a problem, I find a way to become problem-free, and I no longer need to cope with the problem because there is no longer a problem or a potential problem.

The cause of a problem is always my perspective.

A problem is a missed opportunity, when my perspective is misaligned.

Coping with life is a required strategy until I learn to become aware of the opportunities for my life.

When I accept all the opportunities that life has to offer, I am truly problem-free and coping is no longer required.

Life is an Emotional Experience

Thursday, 21. January 2010 10:02

My Emotional Intelligence requires more than the ability to manage my irrational behaviour.

It requires the ability to understand my emotional experiences rationally and intelligently.

The cause of irrational behaviour is the lack of  intelligence.

I react irrationally with what is seen as an emotional reaction.

I am able to consciously respond with positive emotion once I attain the intelligence and understanding to do so.

My irrational behaviour is a symptom of  my lack of rational intelligence.

The cause of my irrational behaviour is my lack of emotional intelligence.

Extreme irrational behaviour is diagnosed as mental illness by a rational person who is without emotional intelligence.

In the absence of emotional intelligence, life has become an unemotional experience for rationally intelligent people and life has become an irrational experience for emotionally unintelligent people. (Both the mental patient and the psychiatrist are reflecting to each other their absence of emotional intelligence even though one has a rational perspective and the other an irrational perspective).

In a dualistic world, the more rationally intelligent I become the more emotionally unintelligent I am and the more irrational I appear to be, the more emotionally unintelligent I appear to be.

Life is an Emotional Experience once I become emotionally intelligent enough to allow it to be.

My 3 Essentials for Life

Thursday, 12. November 2009 10:26

My 3 Essentials for Life are the essence of my Life.

My Life requires both my Love and my Light.

Love is my power to be who I really am.

Light is my authority to have what I have chosen.

Power & Authority are essential to my Life because they determine my Ability in Life.

My Life is the expression of my ability to do what I have come here to do.

Power, Authority & Ability are my 3 Essentials for Life.

Without my power, my ability is frustrated and so am I.

Without my authority, my power is angry and I am confused.

Without my ability, my authority is intolerant and I am lost.

Connected to my power, I have Clarity and I am empowered.

Connected to my authority, I have Direction and I am inspired.

Connected to my power & authority I have Presence and the ability to do what I am inspired and empowered to do in my Life.

A Recipient of Life

Wednesday, 28. October 2009 10:37

A Recipient of Life is in a state of being that is able to receive Life.

A Recipient of Life:

  • Receives all opportunities that are presented in Life.
  • Accepts whatever turns up in Life.
  • Allows Life to present itself as a gift.
  • Knows that being Accepting & Allowing are the ‘recipe’ for an expansive Life.

When I am being the Recipient of my Life:

  • I am allowing my Destiny to unfold.
  • I am accepting with gratitude all of the opportunities that my Soul sends to my Self.
  • I know and I am appreciating that whatever occurs is an opportunity for my spiritual development & growth.

As a Recipient of Life:

  • My Path shines brightly before me.
  • I can see the Light at the end of the tunnel.
  • I allow my Vision, Mission & Purpose for this life-time to materialise and become realised.
  • I approve of who I am being and what I am experiencing at all times.

Being in gratitude and appreciation for what I am receiving in Life allows this to be my continuing experience and allows me to continue to experience being a Recipient of Life.

Perfection

Friday, 15. May 2009 9:11

We will realise our own Perfection when we realise that Life itself is Perfect.

Wanting to be perfect is an affirmation of our imperfection.

This world is a contextual field in which it is possible to experience all forms of imperfection.

Being Perfect in an imperfect world is not a possibility.

Experiencing our imperfection is perfect for us once we recognise that we are on a Journey of Expansive Personal Spiritual Development & Growth.

Once we realise our Perfection, growth is no longer possible or required.

The Way to Realise our Perfection is by experiencing our imperfections and then making a better choice.

Our Natural State of Being is to be Perfectly Happy and to be Perfectly Well.

Only through the experiences created by our negative thoughts and emotions will we attain the ability to chose Happiness & Wellbeing as our Perfect Choice.

Experience of Life

Sunday, 15. February 2009 2:23

Life is a physical, mental and emotional experience.

  • A physical experience is what we are doing.
  • A mental experience is what we are having.
  • An emotional experience is who we are being.

A rational life experience has no sense of emotion and is about what we are doing, in order to obtain what we think that we physically want and need.

An emotional experience has no sense of logic or rationale and is about what we need to do in order to feel the way we want to feel.

A rational life has no sense of feeling or being emotional, whereas an emotional life has no sense of rationale or logical thought.

An emotionally-rational experience of Life has a complete sense of Being, Doing and Having.

Who we choose to be emotionally, and experience emotionally as a state of being, is called an attribute.

What we choose to rationally achieve and have in our Life is called an attainment.

What we choose to do in Life, in order to be and experience who we choose to be in Life, determines what we choose to have and experience in Life, which is a True Value.

“Life has no value without Experience”.

Optimist & Pessimist

Sunday, 28. December 2008 1:20

An Optimist looks at Life from a positive perspective.

A Pessimist looks at Life from a negative perspective.

An Optimist is optimistic about positive events occurring and pessimistic about negative things occurring.

A Pessimist is pessimistic about positive events occurring and optimistic about negative things occurring.

What determines our positive or negative outlook is our pessimistic or optimistic perspective.

By the Law of Attraction, we attract and experience what we focus our attention on.

An Optimist will attract a positive outcome and a Pessimist will attract a negative outcome, even though the actual outcome may be the same.

Both Optimists and Pessimists believe that we make our own luck. The question is “Whether we make good luck or bad luck”?

The Opportunist does not believe in Luck and knows that we all create our own Reality.

Miracles

Friday, 26. December 2008 0:10

Miracles are extra-ordinary, super-normal events of a personnally beneficial nature.

Extra-ordinary events of a detrimental nature are called disasters.

It often takes a disaster for miracles to be seen to occur.

Whether something is deemed to be a miracle or a disaster is just a subjective perspective.

Disasters such as bankruptcy, redundancy, divorce or a near-death experience, whilst at the time may be considered to be a detrimental occurrence, may in time be viewed as a miracle that awakened us to our spiritual path.

Miracles can only happen to people who believe in miracles.

When we do not believe in miracles, we will wait for an eternity for a miracle to improve our life.

When we believe that miracles are possible, they become an every-day occurrence.

Life, Nature and the nature of life are all examples of every-day Miracles in action.

Miracles

Friday, 12. September 2008 1:08

Miracles are occurences that contravene the Laws of Science as we know them to be.

When our world is created from our proven rational beliefs, we exclude the possibility of miracles occuring.

A rational scientific mind believes that everything has a logical reason and therefore excludes the possibility of miracles being a reality.

Our beliefs create our reality. Therefore those who believe in miracles experience them, and those who do not believe, do not experience them.

When we know that all possibilities exist and we comprehend our own creative power and ability, miracles become an everyday event.

Our belief in scientific reason and logic creates our reality according to those rational laws.

A super-natural outlook on Life allows the super-natural to manifest in our Life.

When we know that all possibilities exist and that we create our own reality, then we know that miracles exist as a possibility and a reality.

One Man’s miracle is another Man’s everyday occurence.

Once we believe in miracles, we start to see what a miracle Life Really Is.
