Eldership

Eldership is True Leadership.

The True Leaders of a Society are its Elders.

True Leaders have the wisdom to follow their own path and to allow all others to follow their own path.

It is not age that qualifies me to be a Leader but wisdom.

A leader need followers, Elders do not.

Elders have overcome the duality of leaders and followers.

Elders lead their own life and follow their own path.

Eldership is determined by my state of Being, not by my actions.

A persons preference to lead or to follow is determined by their individual emotional needs.

Elders are recognised by the influence of their Presence and their Beingness.

A leader requires the authority of their followers.

Elders have the authority of their own confident choice.

A leader decides what to do and how to do it.

Elders decide who to be in relationship to what is occurring.

A Gathering of Elders has no leader and requires no followers.

Leadership

Natural Leadership qualities are the product of the nature of the leader.

A natural follower has the qualities and the nature of a follower.

What decides our nature and our qualities to either lead or follow, are our emotional needs.

Leaders need to be right, need to be better than others, need to be recognised and need to be acknowledged.

Leaders by nature are proud, greedy and arrogant.

Leaders appear to have power, authority and ability.

True Leaders are connected to their own source of power, authority and ability.

Natural leaders seek power, authority and ability over other people, because they need to achieve, they need to win, and they need to be appreciated, accepted and revered by others.

These are just some of the emotional needs that determine the nature of natural leaders, and the nature of their determination.

True Leaders are neither driven by their emotional need for power, nor their fears and false beliefs regarding authority and responsibility.

True Leaders have the ‘ability to respond’. They do not react and conflict with the dramas of Life that confront them.

True Leaders feel their true power, know their true authority and see the bigger picture of their Life and the ability that they have to ‘lead’ their own Life.

Success

Success in our society is measured by:

1. The attainment of status and position in the hierarchy of our society. This gives us perceived power over other people.

2. The accomplishment of learning knowledge and the qualifications to be knowledgeable. This gives us perceived authority over other people.

3. The achievement of obtaining money and the ability to make money. This gives us the perceived ability over other people, to have and do whatever we want.

Status, knowledge and material wealth define our degree of success and how much influence one has in society.

Influence is the ability to have power and authority over other people.

Unless people with influence continually create more status money and knowledge for themselves, their influence will decline.

Influence never made anyone truly Happy, although it will meet an emotional need to be better than others, which is greed.

Influence means: I am better than you because of my superior power, authority and ability to decide the fate of other people.

Successfully achieving Happiness is not obtained by seeking influence over other people, nor by allowing others to exert their power and authority over you.

The Success of Happiness is the fulfilment of our own exclusive authority; the joy of our own individual power and the contentment of our own unique ability.

Motivation

Motivation is our motive or reason for doing something.

When our motive is clear, we are motivated to achieve our goals and aims.

Our motive is usually the achievement of what we want and desire.

Our greatest motivation is the need to achieve, win, accomplish and succeed.

Without motivation, we will need to be motivated by someone else.

The role of a leader, manager or supervisor is to motivate their followers and workers to achieve an agreed task.

The achievement of tasks and goals is driven by motivation.

The attainment of attributes is empowered by inspiration.

We need motivation to achieve things that we are not empowered to do.

We are instantly empowered to attain the desires of our Soul.

Success & Failure

“The only failure in life is to be driven by our success”.

When we “fall flat on our face”, we experience apparent failure.

The success of learning to walk appears to have a degree of failure when we fall flat on our face.

The Attainment of Life allows success and failure to be a choice.

Without the failure of falling over, the success of walking would be a non-event.

Without the possibility of failure, the successful achievement of learning to walk, ride a bike, pass a driving test or buy a house, would not exist.

The higher we aim for success with our objectives, the greater the risk of failure becomes.

Success and failure are a product of dual reality existence.

When we ‘Attain Life’, we know that we have already succeeded and cannot ever fail.

We know that we can choose success or failure or neither or both.

Problem Solving

When we attempt to solve a problem that doesn’t yet exist, we actually create the problem.

Before we can solve the problem, we must first understand what caused the problem.

The problem is always that we have missed an opportunity to learn and grow.

Problems need solutions otherwise they lead to chaos and disaster.

The best way to deal with a problem is not to solve it but to learn the lesson for which it was created.

Lessons are opportunities for growth and as we learn our lessons and grow, we avoid having problems in life.

Instead of enjoying solving problems, learn not to have problems.

The way to avoid getting a lesson is to listen to our messages.

Hearing our messages is the way to an effortless life.

When we don’t hear the message, we get an opportunity to learn a lesson.

When we don’t use that opportunity, it becomes a problem.

When we learn the lesson by hearing our messages, we have found the solution to not ever having problems.

The problem is always that we are not awakened, not aware, and not listening.

Success & Failure

What the rational mind believes to be a mistake or a failure – the spiritual mind knows is a missed learning opportunity.

What the rational mind believes to be a success – the spiritual mind knows is a failed opportunity to learn and grow.

Success and failure are therefore different polarities of the same energy viewed from opposing perspectives.

True Accomplishment has neither success nor failure. When we attain the attributes and ability to create our own life consciously, we accomplish the State of Divinity because we have created a divine state of accomplishment.

To know who we really are and why we are here is and always will be our greatest accomplishment. Yet because this is our truest vision we can never achieve it successfully nor can we ever fail, whilst living in the world of relative dual reality.
