When we let go of control and cease making plans for the future, we allow our destiny to unfold naturally. We cannot choose our Soul's choice with our attention focused on what our ego wants.
When we choose with our ego, we receive our fate. When we choose our Soul's choice we allow our Soul to send it and we allow our ego to receive it. The Soul and the ego Self are then co-creating, which is our destiny.
The only real difference between my fate and my destiny is my perspective. In reality my Soul has already sent me everything that I need for my journey. The real question is have I received it with gratitude or am I still under the illusion that something in my life is missing.

So I decide to always accept what arrives in my present as a gift from Soul, as being my destiny. Are you saying that in letting go of control we cease making any practical plans for the future? Or that we make them based on what we feel we would love to do, whilst letting go of any need for the outcome to be as we want?

I've got internet access again this week, after a week in northern India without any - good to read your thoughts once more.
